Hey guys,
So basically i am happy to tell all of you that my mum officially started her own business since 25th September 13. What business? Well, its food business.It is what she adores so much. She just love food and has passion in cooking. Some might love her food and some might hate her food. But to be honest, i am starting to love her food because i am starting to love food. Well, i hated eating when i was young. That is why i am skinny as compared to my mother XD
Ok so, how did it all started. From my dad.. He was the one who inspires my mum to start her own stall. I helped my mum during the first whole week and it was unbearable. The long hours of preparing and cooking of the food. And i hate making the currypuff because i have to cut the potatoes, onions and boiling of the egg and also the important part that is preparing the dough which takes a lot of muscles exercise because you have to mix the flour and butter altogether. Takes a lot of time. At least 12 hours ? Now you know how difficult it is to start of a business. Oh and don't forget that you need money to start of a business. So my mum kind of have some money to start it off. We payed for the stall and also buy the groceries to prepare the food. It is not easy i tell you.
So when we all begin this business, it takes a lot of patience, passion, initiative, honesty, being hardworking to make it. We had to sacrifice our sleep which is kind of bad for our health but we are adjusting to it and managing our time. Thank god my mum made Saturday and Sunday off for home cleaning and spent some time for herself (SLEEP) and leisure.. Haha :) The first day was the most tiring day. But what i like the most during that day is when people come by to buy our food. That was the most best moment. To make them smile is another best part. I like my mum way of style.. She loves greeting them. She loves saying thank you. She loves making their days better by saying have a good day. This are just simple things that makes thing better which some of the other stalls does not do. And obviously, i adore my mum for that. I really do. And with my sister helping my mum at work. It makes it all much awesome with her rather naughty jokes. Just makes everyone laugh. The great part of the end of the day is counting the money.. Hehe. The profit we've made. The bad part was that we had some struggle to serve the food for the customers. And it was a tough and tedious job. Also tiring and the job takes up a lot of your energy.We had to do calculations by counting the amount of food we sell to customers and etc.
All of this experience made me mesmerize the old good times during my childhood. I would play cashier with my sister where we will sell our home items when we were little.And now we are officially doing it. How great is this.
Alright i think that is all that i have got to share. What i know is this job is tough. It takes a lot of patience and passion to do everything from preparing, cooking, serving, communication and cleaning. Well i think i have said enough. What i am sure of is that my mum has accomplish one of her dreams and i am glad she did (: Gambatte mummy. Oh yeah, and i just can't wait what life has to give. There is always it's up and down. And it is just exciting. So guys, have you accomplish your desired dreams? Because i have about to accomplish mine (: Adious amigos.
